Fighting through COVID-19 together

It's been a few months since our last COVID-19 update, and given that restrictions are still in place at our two main offices and additional shutdowns have been rumored to happen in the near future, we feel that it's in the best interest of our clients and potential clients to stay updated on any project delays, discounts, and other economic-related announcements and discussions from our executive team.

How are we fighting through COVID-19 together?

Back in March, we quietly reached out to a few clients that we know have been greatly impacted by the shutdowns and offered them invoice deferment plans and other financial options. Now, a few months later, we're seeing more and more of our clients reach out for hosting deferment and app invoice payment plans; so, to stay true to our brand and company values, we are announcing that as of July 1st, all qualifying clients can defer their invoices till January 2021. We're excited that we can offer this to help get through this crisis together, but we are saddened and respectful of the serious financial issues that businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals are facing. What going on with the office situation? Are your phones working?

Unfortunately, all our offices, including satellite offices, are still closed. We had a rough patch in early March transitioning to a work-from-home environment, but we quickly got through all of the small hiccups.

Our phones are working; however, our VOIP provider has noted issues with rerouting calls. If you experience issues calling our main line, please don't hesitate to reach directly to your PM's cell phone or email us. We hope our VOIP provider will update us shortly on the progress they're making.

Project delays?

No delays. All of the services we list on our website (including app development) are currently open, and every open project is currently on schedule; our operations haven't changed since the shutdown, so it's as if we never left the office. However, a few of our partners (those who help us with niche services like 3D modeling, content creation, etc.) have notified our team of a week or two in delays. Your project manager has been instructed to contact you (if necessary) to report any delays.
