October 2020 Agency Update

To continue to protect our staff and our clients, all of offices (including NYC and California locations) are still closed. Our executive team has recommended our staff to continue scheduling meetings via Zoom, FaceTime, and other preferred methods of remote communication.

September 2020 Agency Update

We're coming to the end of the 3rd quarter with a huge announcement: a new referral program. Beginning October 15th, every client who refers Simple Digital to their friends or business partners can receive up to 50% of the total project price, with no cap to the amount of the referrals. This is the largest payout structure in our industry and we're excited to be starting this.

We've decided to revamp this program for two reasons:

• record-number of referrals from our clients, despite COVID

• and, a friendly gesture and appreciation of these referrals.

This means that beginning later next month, if you've had a website built by Simple Digital in past and refer at least 3 clients, you may receive back your initial investment with us.

We're still working out the kinks with our legal team, so expect to receive updates on this new referral program soon.

Lastly, we're temporarily cutting our consultation fee from $2k down to $1k; for some, this may go down to $0. Please contact our team for more info on this.

August 2020 Agency Update

Our LA Headquarters has re-opened along with our Irvine location! Visitors wishing to meet with us must contact our admin team to schedule a time.

July 2020 Agency Update

Back in March, we announced that all of our offices, including both NYC and LA headquarters, will be closed until further notice; however, due to the recent re-closings in many states, we no longer expect to back in the office this month like we mentioned last month. With that said, our team is working diligently from the comfort of our own homes, doing everything we normal do in an office.

Additionally, our executive team has decided to extend our invoice deferment program from a 3-month period to a 6-month period, allowing qualified clients to defer their invoices till January 2021 interest-free.

Lastly, some of our partners (those who help us perform some niche services) are experiencing extreme backup, so we are expecting some tasks to fall slightly behind as we wait on our partners to get back on their feet.

June 2020 Agency Update

COVID-19 continues to affect many, including local businesses and some of our dearest clients. This update is to inform readers that our agency locations are still closed, including NYC and LA, but we do see a chance of reopening some locations in the coming weeks.

Despite the pandemic, Simple Digital is currently on track with all current projects at the same time seeing an uptick in inquires; so, business as usual here!

Due to the imposing lockdowns, all our offices will be closing down until further notice! If you have any questions regarding your project, please email your project manager.

While we transition to a work-from-home environment, we will try our best to answer our phones; however, if we cannot get to your call, please leave us a voicemail. Our phone system is currently being rerouted to adjust to working-from-home.
